• The stock market is showing signs that it’s getting “tired,” so it could be due for a bit of a pullback soon…which would actually be normal and healthy.
  • Long-term Treasury yields continue to rise.  If they move much higher, they could finally create some headwinds for stocks…because a further rise in yields would signal an important change in the intermediate-term trend.
  • When it comes to China, keep an eye on South Korea’s KOSPI index.  It’s very close to an important technical support level.
